O If the receipt/document’s leading edge isn’t perfectly even or flat, the scanner has a hard time getting an initial grip The light is still so it is pulling USB power but the fix is to unplug/replug to get it to function again. O Not sure if it is an issue with the scanner or the software but occasionally, it just stops working. O Cuts digging for an hour to find a receipt for that Lowe’s return to about 2min of sorting O Some of the reports you can generate are very useful O Excel-like spreadsheet makes organizing data a breeze O Does a pretty decent job of recognizing and pulling the target data points such as taxes, totals, dates, etc. O Minimalist design does the job while not taking much space and when it works, it works On the other, I have found the thing absolutely frustrating with some of the regular issues I’ve had with it considering how many years the company has been tweaking the product. On one hand, I have been happy with how this little device has simplified my receipt records and some of the other benefits of the filing system. Frankly, I’m torn on how to write this review.
